AI Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as Prescene ("Prescene," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform, website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
1.1 Information You Provide
- Account Information: Name, email address, password, company name, and other information you provide when creating an account
- Payment Information: Billing address and payment method details (processed by our third-party payment processors)
- User Content: Scripts, documents, and other content you upload for analysis
- Communications: Information you provide when contacting us for support or inquiries
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers
- Usage Data: Pages viewed, features used, time spent, clickstream data, and other analytics
- Log Data: Server logs, error reports, and security-related information
1.3 Information from Third Parties
- Authentication Providers: If you sign in via Google or enterprise SSO, we receive basic profile information from those providers
- Analytics Partners: Aggregated analytics data from third-party analytics services
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Process your transactions and manage your account
- Analyze your User Content using AI/ML technologies to generate Outputs
- Improve, personalize, and develop new features for the Service
- Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support inquiries
- Send marketing communications (with your consent where required)
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
3. AI AND MACHINE LEARNING PROCESSING
3.1 How We Process Your Content
We use artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, including large language models (LLMs) from third-party providers, to analyze content you upload. This processing includes parsing documents, extracting structured data, performing content analysis, and generating insights and reports.
3.2 Third-Party AI Providers
A complete list of sub-processors is maintained at prescene.ai/legal/subprocessors. We will notify you of material changes to this list as required by applicable law and/or contract. If your agreement with Prescene includes sub-processor notice and objection terms (e.g., a DPA or enterprise agreement), notice will be provided in accordance with that agreement (typically 30 days).
3.3 No Training on Your Content
We do not use your User Content to train AI models. Our agreements with third-party AI providers prohibit the use of your content for model training. Your content is processed solely to provide the Service to you.
3.4 EU AI Act Transparency
In compliance with applicable AI transparency requirements, we disclose that analysis reports and insights are generated using AI-based processing. Our AI systems are designed to assist human decision-making, not replace it.
4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers and Sub-Processors: With third parties who perform services on our behalf, including cloud hosting, AI/ML providers, payment processing, and analytics. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.
- Legal Compliance: When required by law, legal process, or government request, or to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
- With Your Consent: When you have given us explicit permission to share your information.
5. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
5.1 Types of Cookies We Use
- Essential Cookies: Required for authentication, security, and core functionality. Cannot be disabled.

Upon account deletion, we will delete your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except as required for legal compliance, backup and disaster recovery processes, or legitimate business purposes.
7. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States, where our servers and service providers are located.
For transfers from the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland to countries not deemed adequate by the European Commission, we rely on:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (EU Model Clauses) approved by the European Commission
- Data processing agreements with sub-processors requiring equivalent protections
Our sub-processors are listed at prescene.ai/legal/subprocessors. All sub-processors processing data from EEA/UK/Swiss residents are bound by appropriate data transfer mechanisms.
Private Tenants: We offer dedicated ("Private Tenant") deployments for certain customers under a separate written agreement. 8. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
8.1 General Rights
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information
- Portability: Request a copy of your data in a portable format
- Opt-Out: Opt out of marketing communications at any time

9. DATA SECURITY
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. These measures are designed to provide a level of security appropriate to the risk and may include encryption, access controls, and security monitoring.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Service is not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 16, we will delete that information promptly. 11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through our Service.
12. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we may also provide additional notice (such as email notification). Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
